Leaderboard Rules

These Leaderboard Rules (“Rules”) apply to all Ringwalks Leaderboard competitions (“Competitions”) organized within the Ringwalks mobile app. By participating in a Competition, users agree to be bound by these Rules, as well as the Ringwalks Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• Only users with an active Ringwalks PRO subscription are eligible to participate in Leaderboard Competitions and win prizes.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age in their country of residence, to be eligible.

  • Ringwalks employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How It Works

• Competitions are based entirely on skill.

  • Participants earn points by predicting the winner and the method of victory for upcoming fights.

🔢 Scoring System:
• ✅ Correct winner only → 5 points
• ✅ Correct winner + correct method of victory (knockout or decision) → 8 points
• ✅ A correctly predicted draw → 8 points
• ❌ Incorrect prediction → 0 points

🥊 Special Cases:
• In MMA, a submission counts as a knockout.
• In boxing, alternative endings like a disqualification (DQ) also count as a knockout.
• In any unclear or unusual situations, Ringwalks reserves the right to determine the final classification of the fight outcome.

3. Competition Periods

• Competitions are held over fixed periods (e.g., quarterly), as announced within the Ringwalks app. For example, Leaderboard 1 may cover Q1, Leaderboard 2 may cover Q2, and so on throughout the year.

  • Ringwalks selects and defines which fights are included in each active leaderboard. These fights are marked with a star symbol ⭐ in the app.

  • The start and end dates of each leaderboard period are clearly communicated in-app.

4. Prizes

• Prizes are awarded to the top-ranking users at the end of each Competition period.

  • The number of winners and the types of prizes may vary per Competition and are communicated in-app or via official Ringwalks platforms.

  • For the specific rewards applicable to the current leaderboard, users are referred to the Rewards page on the Ringwalks website.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to local taxes based on the recipient’s jurisdiction.

  • Winners are contacted via the email address linked to their Ringwalks PRO account.

5. Tie-breakers

• In the event of a tie, Ringwalks may apply a skill-based tiebreaker, such as:

  o Number of exact predictions,

  o Earliest submission time of winning predictions,

  o Or another objective performance metric.

  • No element of chance (e.g., random draw) will be used to determine winners.

6. Fair Play

• Cheating, multiple account usage, bots, or manipulation will result in disqualification and possible account suspension.

  • Ringwalks reserves the right to audit accounts and take action against suspected abuse.

• Usernames that are offensive, inappropriate, or misleading may result in disqualification or be changed by Ringwalks without prior notice.

  • Ringwalks reserves the right to audit accounts and take action against suspected abuse.

7. Technical Issues

• In case of technical problems, bugs, or data inconsistencies, Ringwalks reserves the right to adjust leaderboard results at its sole discretion.

8. Geographic Restrictions

• Some regions may be excluded from prize delivery due to legal or logistical constraints. Eligibility will be determined by Ringwalks.

9. No Gambling

• These Competitions are skill-based and not considered gambling or lotteries under applicable law.

10. Rule Modifications

• Ringwalks may update or cancel these Competitions at any time to maintain fairness or comply with laws.

11. Final Authority

• All scoring, eligibility, and prize decisions are made solely by Ringwalks and are final and binding.
